We believe that every child is unique and has different areas of interest and talents, which is why we strive to provide them with a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in all areas of their lives.

Our approach to holistic development encompasses Physical, Relational, Emotional, Intellectual, Creative, and Spiritual aspects of each child's life. We provide a safe and loving home where they can grow and learn through different paths, making it possible for them to become professionals in various fields, such as civil servants, doctors, engineers, lawyers, charted accountants, musicians, social workers, politicians, and more.

We aim to empower these children to become independent and self-reliant individuals who can contribute positively to society. Our goal is to ensure that every child in our care receives the education, guidance, and support they need to reach their full potential and become productive members of society.

Holistic development of children

Holistic development of children focuses more on the child’s well-being and their physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.

This approach is oriented towards kids completely, making them active participants in their learning process

We have incorporated this method, and the results are overall positive.

Encouraging their dreams and visions

It may sound funny to hear our child talking about becoming an astronaut, a doctor or a civil servant. However, this is how dreams come true: by believing hard in achieving a certain goal. At a young age, we are a role model and someone our child looks up to, which is why it is important to be supportive and give guidance. We will do this by encouraging their dreams and pushing them in the direction that leads them closer to it. We do research about what skills are needed for their dream job and incorporate that into their learning sessions or playtime. We Help them develop logical thinking, consistency, and a belief that they can do it. The worst-case scenario is that we taught our child more skills they can use later in life. This will help them build self-confidence and not be afraid to expresses their wishes and dreams.

A whole-child approach to teaching or parenting requires a lot of dedication and energy. However, we thought it is worth, because we will help our child become an independent individual who is confident and strong, and this is reason enough to invest time and effort.

Use a variety of approaches

Raising or teaching children is challenging because we, first understand their individual needs and wishes. Not every child will respond to a certain approach the same. That is why the best solution we follow is to use a variety of approaches and combine them to get the best results. We puts our focus on children’s feelings, developing their independence and confidence as well as helping them express ideas.

One more approach is effort-oriented. Education especially is a great honour, and children are taught from a young age to appreciate their journey towards knowledge. we have created such programs that focus on the overall development of children, treating them as individuals who best express themselves through play, socializing and discovering talents. Both approaches have benefits that can be combined into a perfect whole.

Ask them open-ended questions

We believe Communication skills and a better understanding of the world around them are best achieved by asking open-ended questions. This means asking questions that have a more complex answer and thinking process. This way, children learn to express themselves easier and explore their thoughts. Their cognitive skills will be improved, and it can also serve as a guideline for us to see what they have a problem with and help them overcome it. By asking open-ended questions, we are giving them an opportunity to include their feeling and attitudes, as well as develop their speech and vocabulary. Their listening skills are also included because they have to listen carefully to what you asked them to be able to respond

Fun and interactive environment

Making the child feel at home and comfortable while learning is one of the best tips we will follow in cherish orphanage. There is a term called “affective filter,” and it concerns language learning. It means that with a lack of motivation or self-confidence, children learn under stress and inefficiently. We applied it to any learning process or even everyday behavior because creating an inviting and interactive environment is one of the key steps. This will help keep them interested, entertained, and focused. Since a lot of the time, We recognized that children are visual learners and require props to learn better and be active, creating posters, figures or drawings with them will improve their motor and problem-solving skills, as well as expressivity.

Recognizing child’s interests

We have developed a system where we build children’s knowledge based on their interests. This means taking some time to recognize what they are passionate about and use that as a foundation for further work. The logic behind this is simple. Children will learn easier and have better long-term memory if we use terms and props familiar and compelling to them. We will apply this to any learning process. For example, teach them maths through counting fruit or candy they like or teach them about commitment and dedication by relating it to a sport they are passionate about.
